Bangus Valley, often referred to as Bungus Valley, is a breathtaking destination located in the Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, approximately 100 kilometers from Srinagar. Nestled at an elevation of 10,000 feet, this hidden gem is renowned for its stunning landscapes, which include lush green meadows, snow-capped mountains, and crystal-clear streams. The valley is divided into two main areas: Boud Bangus (Big Bangus) and Lokut Bangus (Small Bangus), collectively spanning around 300 square kilometers.
